Generally these treatments work on the whole face, improving skin tone and texture, acne and scarring, uneven pigmentation and sun damage. They can also be used on hands, neck and decolletage.
Skin peels remove dead cells and debris from the skin giving instantly smoother skin. the peels are physician strength 70% glycolic acid. Glycolic acid stimulates collagen and elastin renewal in the skin. A course of 6 peels over 12 weeks is recommended, followed by a monthly maintenance peel. A peel takes around 30 minutes with no downtime needed, sun protection should always be used.
Restylane Vital is an injectable treatment that replaces lost hyaluronic acid in the skin. Small amounts are injected in "dots" within the skin using a very fine needle. the hyaluronic acid then disperses throughout the skin plumping out fine lines, boosting skin tone and elasticity. Restylane Vital is an excellent treatment for sun damaged skin and is used widely on the continent. A course of at least 3 treatments is required, one a month initially, followed by 4-6 monthly top up treatments.
